Summer and Mr Bloom at Marwell Zoo Marwell Zoo are excited to welcome Mr Bloom from CBeebies, with his one man show to the zoo this summer for selected dates*. Why not, pop along and say ‘Ello!’ with CBeebies star Mr Bloom. There’ll be a bundle of veggie stories, gardening games, and catchy Nursery songs for tiddlers and parents alike. Family summers end picnic concert and fireworks at Sir Harold Hillier’s Gardens 25/08/2018 Celebrate the end of the summer with the talented 80 piece orchestra and singers, Pops Incorporated UK and Big Band. They will be performing well known hits for the whole family, taking inspiration from West End shows, films and a good helping of contemporary music for you to dance and sing along to. Romsey Food Fest – make the last weekend of the holidays a good one, with a fun & free family day out with Romsey Food Fest. Romsey town centre will be bursting with local produce on Sunday 2nd September 2018 with its annual Food Festival between 10am – 4pm. This fantastic day out for all the family is a recipe of delight, Romsey will be bustling with over 70 local stalls full of Hampshire Fare. Take an abundance of local produce available at Hampshire Farmers’ Market in Alma Road and all over the town.  Stir in family fun with Kidsrome Farm, Jake’s  Circus Act, face painting, and crafts, Sprinkle some light music from Retro Swing in the White Horse Courtyard, Outplay Jazz Combo on The Hundred and a Treasure hunt for the children and big kids among us and you have the perfect  recipe for a great day out.

Keep it simple by just meeting friends for lunch and let the children play in our courtyard and let them enjoy a ‘Babychino’ or an Afternoon tea. Our Children’s menu is full of some yummy delights too and our kitchen team cater for most dietary requirements. Why not visit Romsey Park, it is just a stone’s throw from the Hotel, so burn of some energy with a walk along the river and play park in.
