Chamomile flowers
Most camomile teas are made by crushing the flowers – not a nice thing to do. The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers – which is exactly what teapigs do. Chamomile is soothing and aids sleep.

Green and White Teas
Mao feng green tea
If you drink green tea for its health benefits rather than flavour, think again. This tea has both. It has a delicate natural flavour of summer air, peaches and apricots and, unlike most green teas, it turns a clear pale green when infused.
–
Green tea with mint
Traditional green tea with mint uses Gunpowder Green, a tea so strong that sugar is needed to remove the astringency. This one has a delicate green tea called Precious Eyebrows. Better to change the base tea than your teeth.
–
Popcorn tea
This tea has flourished from humble beginnings – Japanese peasants used to mix green tea with toasted rice to make it go further. It is now celebrated in its own right as Genmaicha or Popcorn tea. A unique blend with a `sugar puffs` undertone.
–
Jasmine pearls
Pearls of hand-rolled green tea tips which have been delicately infused with pure jasmine flowers – the leaves are just allowed to rest amongst the flowers to pick up their floral scent.
–
Silver tips white tea
In the Chinese province of Fujian, the tea buds are plucked within two hours of sprouting then withered naturally in the sun. Possibly one of their most exclusive teas – refreshing, light and aromatic.
–
Black Teas
Everyday brew
Signature blend consisting of three glorious teas: a gutsy Assam, a mellow Ceylon and a powerful Rwandan newcomer. Together they form a balanced, malty, zesty alliance. A perfect start to every day.
–
Darjeeling earl grey
Most earl greys use poor quality China base tea, which is like palming yourself off as a landed gentry when all you own is a Barbour jacket. The finest Darjeeling has been used and add it to the zesty bergamot citrus from sunny southern Italy.
–
Chai tea
Variations of aromatic, spiced, milky tea have been the Indian drink of choice for years. Rich malty Assam tea blended with cardamom pods, cinnamon and ginger to develop a deliciously blended beverage – it`s India in a cup.
–
Chilli Chai
This chilli chai is a hot twist on the traditional chai, it contains flakes of real chilli. This chai is for those that do not order korma and plain naan from the local curry house.
–
Chocolate flake tea
It`s a surprise no-one else has ever thought of this before, given how often we dunk chocolate biscuits into cups of tea. Tea and chocolate – a partnership so perfect it belongs between the pages of a Mills and Boon novel.
–
Oolong Tea
Tung ting oolong
Tung Ting tea is named after the mountainous Taiwanese region where it grows. Blue tea is a part – fermented tea, with the strength of a black tea but the aromatic flavour of a green.
